HEATHROW STEM GENERATION PROGRAMME

We are thrilled to announce the huge success of the Heathrow STEM Generation programme!
In collaboration with Heathrow, we delivered an impactful coding challenge to approximately 2,000 Year 8 students across 4 boroughs.
This initiative sparked a passion for STEM-based careers, particularly in Engineering and Technology. But it didn't stop there! We also highlighted crucial lifelong skills like Leadership, Teamwork, and Listening. Credit goes to the amazing Heathrow volunteers who left an indelible impression on the students, sharing invaluable insights into careers at Heathrow and their personal journeys to success..
Our collaboration with Heathrow continues to soar this term!
We're thrilled to unveil the launch of Heathrow Young Explorers for 2024, now in its 3rd incredible year. This term, we're working with up to 30 primary schools and their Year 6 students across 7 boroughs.
With a spotlight on Heathrow Airport's sustainability objectives and careers, pupils will embark on an exciting challenge: designing a sustainable transport solution to enhance travel throughout the airport.
Heathrow's vision? To provide passengers with the best sustainable airport service in the world. And together with Heathrow, we are passionate about creating content that not only educates but also empowers and inspires students.
We're immensely proud to witness the impact of these initiatives firsthand and look forward to continuing to make a difference in the lives of students. Together, we're shaping a brighter, more sustainable future
